It was October 2007 when Carolyn was asked to do a Resume for her niece, after 2 visits, her niece was very happy with the result and commented that “You should do this as a business”. After doing some research on services available in this field and thinking about it for a week or 2, Carolyn put an ad in the local paper and waited. Three people contacted her and were very happy with the result.
Carolyn decided to attend local Network meetings to get feedback from Business Owners and leaders on what attracted them to a potential interviewee from their Resume and included this information in the development of her products as well as including information from NLP and Sales and Advertising techniques.
Since 2007, Carolyn has assisted thousands of people to get the interview and job they want through creating personalised and targeted Resume’s and Cover Letters to meet the needs of the applicant and HR needs, each reporting a very high success rate.
Over the years Carolyn has developed her entrepreneurial skills, assisting people in building successful, focused businesses in a variety of industries including; Automotive Paint Repairs, Tourism and Pet products.
In 2016, Carolyn decided on a new career pathway and enrolled in the Bachelor of Health Science – Naturopathy degree at Southern School of Natural Therapies. Studying herbal medicine part time while continuing to assist clients with their Resumes. In 2021 she relocated to Queensland with her partner and continued to study, Graduating from Torrens University in 2023.
In September 2023, Carolyn relocated back to Melbourne. After a few setbacks, she now is relaunching The Right CV as well as Launching her Naturopathy Clinic – Herbal Health Naturopathy.
